Dieses FP1 LED FLIESEN-Profil MITTE ist in den Standard- längen von 200 cm und 250 cm erhältlich und ist für LED Flexbänder mit einer maximalen Breite von 14 mm konzi- piert. Dieses Profilsystem hat beidseitig großflächige Flü- gel (20 mm breit), die mit Fliesenkleber verspachtelt und damit ins Fliesenkonzept integriert werden. Die Fliesen werden auf die Flügel geklebt. Das FP1 LED FLIESEN-Pro- fil leitet aufgrund seiner großen Oberfläche die entste- hende Wärme sehr gut ab. Die LED Profilabdeckungen opal/satiniert (Lichtdurchläs- sigkeit 65 % - auch in 250 cm und 600 cm erhältlich), klar (Lichtdurchlässigkeit 85 %) oder schwarz matt (Lichtdurch- lässigkeit 25 %- auch in 600 cm erhältlich) bestehen aus bruchsicherem und schwer brennbarem Polycarbonat (Klassifizierung Brennbarkeit UL94V-2), schließen bündig ab und schaffen homogene LED Lichtverhältnisse mit ho- her Verwertung der Lichtleistung. Wichtiger Hinweis: Der Einsatz in Nasszellen oder im Außenbereich ist aus- schließlich nur in abgedichteter Form möglich. Besonde- ren Schutz vor Feuchtigkeit und Wasser bietet Silikon, das zum Abdichten auf die Verbindungsstellen aufgetragen wird. Absolute Wasserdichtheit erreicht man bei den LED Profilsystemen mit dem Vergießen mit Wepuran-Gieß- harz auf Polyurethanharzbasis (PUR). Achten Sie bei der Wahl des LED Flexbandes auf die her- stellerseitig angegebene Schutzart (mindestens IP65). Designed for tile concepts! This MIDDLE FP1 LED TILE profile is available in the stan- dard lengths of 200 cm and 250 cm, and is designed for LED flexbands with a maximum width of 14 mm. This profile system has a large-area wings on both sides (20 mm wide), which are filled in with tile adhesive, thus in- tegrating them into the tile concept. The tiles are glued on the wings. Due to its large surface, the FP1 LED TILE profile dissipates the heat generated very well. These LED opal/satinised (65% translucency- also avai- lable in 250 cm and 600 cm), clear (85% translucen- cy) or black matt (25 % translucency - also available in 600cm) are made of shatter-proof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (classification flammability UL94V-2 ), are flush-mounted and create homogeneous LED lighting conditions with high utilisation of the light output. Important information: The use in wet cells or outdoors is possible only in sealed form. Special protection against moisture and water is provided by silicone, which is applied to the joints for se- aling purposes. Absolute watertightness is achieved for the LED profile systems by casting with Wepuran casting resin on polyurethane resin-basis (PUR). When selecting the LED flex band, make sure that the protection class specified by the manufacturer (at least IP65) is maintained.
