141 Designed for wet rooms and outdoors! This PN10 CORNER cover is 200cm or 260cm long as standard and is designed for LED flex stripes up to a ma- ximum of 13mm in width. The flex stripe is fixed to the PN33 aluminium cooling strip with adhesive (on the small top side). The cooling strip then slots into the channel provided. The whole profile system is fixed to the base surface using mounting clips or double-sided tape. This LED profile cover (opal/satinised - 65% transparency) is made from shatterproof, flame-retardant polycarbo- nate (classification flammability UL94 V-2). The distance between the cooling strip fixed to the flex stripe and the cover has been designed so that more powerful LED stri- pes can also be used without creating individual points of light. The result is unified light and a high transfer of the light output! The H2O end caps are made from silicone and are inser- ted into the side of the profile like a plug. This prevents moisture and water from getting in. The H2O end caps with cable channels must be sealed with silicone! Designt für Nasszellen und Outdoor! Diese ECK-Abdeckung PN10 wird standardmäßig in Längen von 200 cmund 260 cmgeliefert und ist für LED Flexbänder mit einer maximalen Breite von 13 mm konzipiert. Das Flexband wird auf den ALU-Kühlstreifen PN33 (auf die schmale Oberseite) geklebt. Danach wird der Kühlstreifen in die vorgesehene Führung eingeschoben. Das gesamte Profilsystem wird mit Montageklammern oder doppelseiti- gem Klebeband am Untergrund fixiert. Die LED Profilabdeckung (opal/satiniert - Lichtdurchläs- sigkeit 65 %) besteht aus bruchsicherem und schwer brennbarem Polycarbonat (Klassifizierung Brennbarkeit UL94 V-2). Der Abstand zwischen dem mit dem Flexband beklebten Kühlstreifen und der Abdeckung ist so gewählt, dass auch stärkere LED Stripes verwendet werden können, ohne dabei die einzelnen Lichtpunkte zu sehen. Homogene Lichtverhältnisse und hohe Verwertung der Lichtleistung sind das Ergebnis! Die H2O-Endkappen bestehen aus Silikon und werden seitlich wie ein Pfropf in das Profil gesteckt. Dies verhindert das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und Wasser.
